About
Farming Forward is a training game that will be used in African countries. Players will experience what it’s like to be a farming-entrepreneur and what the benefits are of working together with other farmers. The game encourages entrepreneurial skills in the agricultural and food sector and should prevent farmers from falling in the traps of poverty.
My contributions
– Designing the game fundamentals from inception to implementation
– Using a modular approach to building the game in Unity3D using our custom visual scripting tools
– Autonomous research and documentation on game design
– Working closely with clients in an in-house development setting
– Acting as a producer and co-leading sprints to make sure deadlines are met
– Working closely with our tools programmer to improve the toolset
– Setting up the digital working environment and asset pipeline/infrastucture
– Creating all artwork for the game
